摘　　要：目的 了解北京市昌平区结核病患者报告发病情况,为更好地发现结核病患者提供依据.方法 收集2015-2020年北京市昌平区报告发病的结核病患者信息和人口学数据,采用描述性分析方法 对其进行分析.结果 2015-2020年间北京市昌平区结核病患者报告发病率年平均递降率5.0%(Z=-4.96,P<0.01).男性较女性患病原学阳性结核病的风险更低(χ^(2)=4.77,P=0.03,OR=0.85).年龄越大患病原学阳性结核病的风险越高(χ^(2)=45.95,P<0.01,OR=1.01).65岁以上年龄组发生病原学阳性的风险是15-64岁年龄组的1.67倍.结论 昌平区结核病近期流行趋势呈现下降趋势,但仍需不断加强对老年女性患者的报告发现情况.0bjective To explore the notification of TB palients in Changping District of Beiing.and provide further evidence of TB detection.Methods The TB notification data and the demographie data in Changping District of Beijing from 2015 to 2020 were collected and analyzed by descriptive analysis methods.Results During 2015 to 2020,the average annual decline rate of TB notification rate in Changping District of Beijing was 5.0%(χ^(2)=-4.96.P<0.01).Male had a lower risk of bacteriological-positive TB than female(χ^(2)=4.77.P=0.03,OR=0.85).The older the age.the higher the risk of bacteriological-positive TB(χ^(2)=45.95.P<0.01.OR=1.01).The risk of bacteriolongical-positive TB over then 65 years old was 1.67 times of that in the age group 15-64 years old.Conclusion The recent epidemie of TB in Changping District showed a downward trend.The TB detection still need to be strengthened in the elderly female population.
