摘 要:抗原表位作为具有重要生物学和免疫学的功能基团是制备单克隆抗体、疫苗研制、诊断试剂和药物开发等方面研究的靶标物质。对抗原表位的深入发掘和研究有助于新型药物开发、研发诊断制剂及方法和设计新型疫苗。随着分子信息学、基因组学和蛋白质组学等交叉学科的快速发展,针对预测和筛选不同抗原表位发展了一系列全新的抗原表位方法和模型,极大简化了抗原表位筛选过程,提高了抗原表位筛选和研究效率。本文就抗原表位预测、筛选和鉴定方法及进展综述如下。Antigenic epitopes as functional groups with important biological and immunological properties extensively used to develop monoclonal antibodies,vaccine,diagnostic reagents and drug.The further probe of antigenic epitopes will help to the development of new drugs,diagnostic reagents and novel vaccines.With the rapid development of interdiscipline including molecular informatics,genomics and proteomics,a series of new methods and models used for mapping antigenic epitopes have been developed,which greatly simplifies the screening process,improves the efficiency of screening and study of antigenic epitopes.Here,the methods and technology used for prediction,screening and identification of antigenic epitope were reviewed as follows.
