宠物兔三种典型子宫肿瘤的病理学诊断

摘　　要：本研究分别对3例宠物家兔患子宫肿瘤进行病理学分析。通过石蜡切片的HE染色及免疫组织化学方法进行病理学诊断及分析。病例一,子宫肿块显示乳头状突起,腺上皮呈假复层或复层。肿瘤腺上皮细胞核颜色深,嗜碱性,核仁明显,细胞质稀少,有丝分裂低,异型性易见。免疫组化结果显示,CK强阳性、vimentin阴性,确诊为子宫内膜样腺癌;病例二,子宫内膜边界不清,伴肌层侵润,细胞筛状或实性排列,复层或多层,具有合体细胞聚集等特征。肿瘤上皮细胞由柱状、多角性细胞组成,嗜酸性,细胞质丰富,细胞边界清晰,细胞核深染,从卵圆形到椭圆形不等,核仁明显。其免疫组织化学表型AE1/AE3阳性、α-SMA阴性。肿瘤间叶细胞,细胞核呈梭形或多形性,有轻度或深嗜酸性纤维质,细胞边界不清,细胞核从卵圆形到圆形不等,核分裂现象易见,呈脉管侵润。其免疫组化结果显示,α-SMA阳性、AE1/AE3阴性、CD10阳性,确诊为子宫恶性苗勒管混合瘤;病例三,子宫内部充满组织液,局部呈虫卵状。有实体性组织肿块,瘤细胞梭形呈束状、编织状排列,细胞核均匀,未见异型细胞。其免疫组化结果显示,α-SMA阳性、desmin阳性、S-100阴性。确诊为子宫多发性平滑肌肿瘤。In this study,three cases(Oryctolagus cuniculus)of uterine tumors in pet rabbits were analyzed pathologically.Histological identification was performed by H.E.staining and immunohistochemical methods of paraffin sections.For case one,histopathologically,the uterine masses revealed papillary projections and most neoplastic glands were lined by single to multiple layers of cells.Neoplastic glandular epithelia had dark basophilic nucleus,prominent nucleoli,scant cytoplasm,low mitosis,and cellular pleomorphism.According to immunohistochemistry,the tumor cells in uterine masses demonstrated strong positive signals for cytokeratin,but negative for vimentin.Based on the gross,histopathologic and immunohistochemical features,this case was diagnosed as uterine adenocarcinoma;For case two,histopathologically,the neoplastic mass had invaded the myometrium with poorly demarcated.The cell appeared as cribriform/tubular type and solid arrangement,lined by single to multiple layers,which had the characteristics of cell aggregation.Neoplastic epithelial cells consisted of column,polygonal cells,with moderately abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm and distinct cell borders.The hyperchromatic nuclei varied from oval to round,with moderate anisokaryosis and distinct nucleoli.According to immunohistochemistry,the neoplastic epithelial cells demonstrated positive signals for AE1/AE3,but negative forα-SMA.The sarcomatous mesenchymal component with spindle and pleomorphic cells which had slightly or deep eosinophilic fibrillar cytoplasm and indistinct cell borders.The hyperchromatic nuclei varied from oval to round with visible mitotic figures and vascular invasion.According to immunohistochemistry,the sarcomatous mesenchyma demonstrated positive signals forα-SMA and CD10,but negative for AE1/AE3.Based on the gross,histopathologic and immunohistochemical features,this case was diagnosed as uterine malignant mixed müllerian tumor;For case three,the intrauterine was filled with tissue fluid and many parts like worm egg.The solid mass was f
