改良床单元消毒法在多重耐药菌污染床单元消毒中的应用

摘　　要：目的比较改良床单元消毒法与传统消毒法对多重耐药菌污染床单元的消毒效果。方法选择2018年6月—2019年4月某三甲医院重症医学科需终末处理的多重耐药菌污染床单元60张,随机分为试验组和对照组,各30张。试验组采用75%乙醇喷洒联合季胺盐消毒湿巾进行消毒,对照组采用1000 mg/L含氯消毒液进行消毒,比较2组消毒合格率、消毒时间和操作人员满意度。结果试验组消毒合格率为96.67%,对照组消毒合格率为90.00%,差异无统计学意义;试验组消毒时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01);试验组操作人员满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论2种床单元消毒法合格率均可达90%以上,但改良床单元消毒法能缩短消毒时间,减少操作人员身体危害,提高操作人员满意度,值得在临床应用推广。Objective To compare the disinfection effect of the improved bed unit disinfection method and the traditional disinfection method on the bed unit contaminated by multidrug-resistant organisms.Methods From June 2018 to April 2019,60 multidrug-resistant organisms-contaminated bed units that required terminal treatment in the intensive care unit of a Level-A tertiary hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each with 30 beds.The experimental group was disinfected with 75%alcohol spray combined with quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant wipes,and the control group was disinfected with 1000 mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant.The disinfection qualification rate,disinfection time and operators’satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The disinfection qualification rate of the experimental group and the control group was 96.67%and 90.00%respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant;the disinfection time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01);operators’satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The qualification rate of the two methods of bed unit disinfection can reach more than 90%,but the improved bed unit disinfection method can shorten the disinfection time,reduce the operators’physical harm,and improve the operators’satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion in clinical application.
