摘  要:目的对过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌生物监测出现的时间聚集性阳性,运用循证思维进行原因分析,找出生物监测阳性的原因。方法选取2019年4月—2020年3月某同一品牌的过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌生物监测数据,按时间段分为4组:2019年4—6月为A组;2019年7—9月为B组;2019年10—12月为C组;2020年1—3月为D组。对不同时间段阳性发生率进行比较并进行原因筛除。结果出现第一例生物监测阳性后,在灭菌器检修前后共进行生物监测21次,结果均为阴性;生物监测阳性炉次的4件灭菌物品细菌检验为无菌生长。4个时间段的阳性发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),生物监测阳性聚集在C组(10—12月),共12例。结论出现时间聚集性阳性,筛除各种因素的影响,受生物指示剂影响的可能性大,需加强生产、运输与储存的监管,避免发生假阳性,提高生物监测的准确性。Objective To analyze the causes of positive time aggregation of the biomonitoring of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization using evidence-based thinking,and to find out the reasons for the positive biomonitoring.Methods The biological monitoring data of a certain brand of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into four groups according to the time period:April to June 2019 as group A,July to September 2019 as group B,October to December 2019 as group C,and January to March 2020 as group D.The positive incidence of different time periods were compared to screen out the causes.Results After the first case of biomonitoring was positive,a total of 21 biomonitoring tests were performed before and after the sterilizer was overhauled,and the results were all negative;the bacterial examination results of the four sterilized items in the biomonitoring positive furnace were negative.Comparison of the positive incidence rates in the 4 time periods showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).The positive biomonitoring was aggregated in group C(October to December),with a total of 12 cases.Conclusion The occurrence of positive time aggregation may be affected by biological indicators through screening out the influence of various factors.It is necessary to strengthen the supervision of production,transportation and storage to avoid false positives for improving the accuracy of biological monitoring.
