Investigation of manpower and ability of disinfection work in various levels of disease control and prevention institutions in Fujian Province

摘　　要：目的了解福建省各级疾控机构消毒人力配置情况及工作现状。方法采用网络问卷与纸质问卷相结合的方式,对全省所有疾控机构及疾控机构从事消毒工作的人员进行调查。结果全省共95家疾控机构,8家有设置独立的消毒部门,占比8.42%;消毒相关工作人员162人,其中专职人员29人,占比17.90%,高级职称人员43人,占比26.54%;2015年14.74%、2016年14.74%、2017年16.84%的单位有消毒专项经费。结论福建省疾控机构独立设置消毒部门的比例偏低,消毒专职人员及高级职称人员数量不足,消毒工作专项经费配备不足,导致该省消毒工作参差不齐,也多在低层次进行。Objective To understand the disinfection manpower allocation and work status in various levels of disease control and prevention institutions in Fujian Province.Methods Using a combination of online questionnaires and paper questionnaires,all disease control and prevention institutions and personnel engaged in these institutions across the province were investigated.Results There were a total of 95 disease control and prevention institutions in the province,8 of which had independent disinfection departments,accounting for 8.42%;there are 162 disinfection-related staff,including 29 full-time personnel,accounting for17.90%,and 43 personnel with senior professional titles,accounting for 26.54%;the institutions which had special funds for disinfection in 2015,2016 and 2017 accounted for 14.74%,14.74%and 16.84%,respectively.Conclusion The proportion of independent disinfection departments set up by the disease control and prevention institutions in Fujian Province is low,and the numbers of full-time disinfection personnel and personnel with senior professional titles are insufficient,and the allocation of special funds for disinfection work is insufficient,which results in uneven and low-level disinfection work in our province.
