摘　　要：[目的/意义]在国家大力实施创新驱动发展战略大背景下,从社会需求视角调查分析国内对图书情报与档案管理专业研究生的创新型人才需求,旨在推动我国图情档专业研究生创新素质教育进程,向社会各行各业输送图情档创新人才,为创新型国家建设添砖加瓦。[方法/过程]采用线上调研、内容分析法,结合问卷调查和访谈等方法分析总结图情档专业研究生的社会人才需求特点及其创新素质教育人才培养现状,在此基础上对国内图情档研究生创新素质教育的不足进行阐述。[结果/结论]我国图书情报与档案管理专业研究生阶段的创新素质教育已有初步探索,但存在图情档专业社会人才需求与高校创新素质教育人才培养之间的不协调窘境。从理念先行、主体构建、资源赋能3个方面,对创新型社会下该专业研究生创新素质教育提出相应的建议。[Purpose/significance]Under the background of the implementation of innovation driven development strategy,this paper investigated and analyzed the demand for innovative talents of library-information-archival science from the perspective of social needs,aiming to promote the process of innovative quality education of library-information-archival science specialty in China,in order to deliver innovative talents of library-information-archival science to all walks of life,and contribute to the construction of an innovative country.[Method/process]Using online survey,content analysis methods,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzed and summarized the characteristics of social talent demand of library-information-archival science and the current situation of talent training for innovative quality education.On this basis,this paper expounded the deficiencies of the innovative quality education of library-information-archival science.[Result/conclusion]There has been a preliminary exploration of innovative quality-oriented education of library-information-archival science in China,but there is a dilemma between the social demand for professional talents of library-information-archival science and the cultivation of innovative quality-oriented talents in colleges and universities.This paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on the innovative quality education of postgraduates in line with three aspects including concept first,subject construction,and resource empowerment.
