摘　　要：夹套管的内管壁厚检测一直是工程中的难题。通过实验研究了夹套管内管壁厚的DR检测技术,并进行了检测应用。将夹套管在不同的管电压下曝光,利用参照物校准所拍摄图像的尺寸,从而测量内管壁厚。实验及应用结果表明,采用DR检测技术对夹套管内管进行壁厚检测时,检测效果良好。The inspection of the inner tube wall thickness of the jacketed tube had always been a difficult problem in engineering.Through experiments,the DR detection technology of the inner tube wall thickness of the jacketed tube was studied,and the detection application was carried out.The jacketed tube was exposed under different tube voltages,and the size of the captured image was calibrated by the reference object,so as to measure the wall thickness of the inner tube.The results of experiments and application showed that Dr detection technology had good effect on the wall thickness detection of jacketed inner pipe.
