摘  要:机械管卡修复是一种常用的海管修复方式。在进行海管机械管卡修复作业时,一般采用大型浮吊船作为主施工船舶,因为大型浮吊船不仅有良好的稳定性,而且甲板面积大,能够装载挖沟机等大型装备,但是,采用大型浮吊船舶修复施工具有作业准备周期长,修复成本高,难以快速锁定,在极浅水环境下难以进场施工等缺点。从船舶稳定性和船舶甲板面积两个制约因素进行分析,合理选择装备,研究使用小型船舶替代大型浮吊船进行管卡修复施工的可行性。Mechanical pipe clamp repair was a commonly used subsea pipe repair method.When repairing subsea pipeline machinery pipe clamps,large floating cranes were generally used as the main construction vessels,because large floating cranes not only had good stability,but also had a large deck area and could load large equipment such as trenchers.However,the use of large-scale floating crane ship repair construction had shortcomings such as long operation preparation period,high repair cost,difficult to quickly lock,and difficult to enter the site in extremely shallow water.The two restrictive factors of ship stability and ship deck area were analyzed,equipment was reasonably selected,and the feasibility of using small ships to replace large floating cranes for pipe clamp repair construction was studied.
