摘　　要：高尿酸血症是尿酸在体内生成过多或排泄不足引发的疾病,也是痛风形成与发展的关键因素,日益增加的患者使其逐渐受到研究者的关注。临床治疗药物虽能控制部分病情但仍有各种不足。在研药物的热点是人尿酸盐转运蛋白1(URAT1)抑制剂,但老药新用及其他靶点的药物也值得关注。本文通过对治疗高尿酸血症相关药物研究进展进行综述,希望能为新药开发提供参考。Hyperuricemia results from excessive production of uric acid and/or physical excretion deficiency and is the core to formation and development of gout,which has caught attention of researchers due to increasing prevalence.The drugs currently used in clinic can control the development of gout,but still have various deficiencies.The hot spot of drugs under research is urate anion exchanger 1(URAT1)inhibitor,but new conditions for old drug aiming at other targets are also worthy of attention.This article reviewed the progress in research on therapeutic drugs of hyperuricemia,aiming to provide reference for the development of new drugs.
