摘  要:钠泵是一种由α亚基和β亚基组成并在多种癌症中异常表达的跨膜蛋白,除能通过细胞膜运输钠和钾外,亦是抗肿瘤治疗的潜在靶点。其抑制剂可通过靶向钠泵诱导细胞凋亡、自噬、细胞周期阻滞、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖等多种机制,对肿瘤细胞表现出强大的细胞毒性作用。本文就含糖基和甾体、非糖含甾体和非甾体类三类抑制剂及其联合用药抗肿瘤活性和作用机制进行综述。Sodium pump is a transmembrane protein that is abnormally expressed in a variety of cancers.The Sodium pump is composed ofαsubunit andβsubunit in addition to transporting sodium and potassium through the cell membrane.The sodium pump is also a potential target for anti-tumor therapy.Its inhibitors can induce apoptosis,autophagy,cell cycle arrest,inhibition of tumor cell proliferation and other mechanisms by targeting sodium pumps,and exhibit a powerful inhibitory effect on tumor cells.This article reviews the anti-tumor activity and mechanism of three types of inhibitors containing sugar groups and steroids,non-sugar-containing steroids and non-steroids,and their combination.
