摘　　要：目的探讨雷帕霉素联合糖皮质激素治疗系统红斑狼疮的效果及对免疫功能的影响.方法选取2016年5月~2019年5月我院收治的86例系统性红斑狼疮患者,运用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组各43例.对照组仅给予糖皮质激素进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予雷帕霉素进行治疗.比较两组的临床效果.结果观察组的治疗总效率高于对照组(P<0.05),且血淋巴细胞百分比比对照组高,ds-DNA转阴率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论雷帕霉素联合糖皮质激素治疗系统红斑狼疮的效果优于单独应用糖皮质激素疗法,且能提升患者的免疫力,降低疾病活动度.Objective To investigate the effect of rapamycin combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus and its influence on immune function.Methods 86 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in our hospital from May 2016 to may 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 43 cases in each group.The control group was only given glucocorticoid therapy,and the observation group was given rapamycin on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the percentage of blood lymphocytes was higher than that of the control group,and the negative conversion rate of DS DNA was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of rapamycin combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus is better than that of glucocorticoid alone,and can enhance the immunity of patients and reduce the disease activity.
