摘 要:目的糖尿病足早期干预后对血糖、血脂的影响研究与分析.方法选取2020年1月1日~2020年8月31日之间在我院就诊的糖尿病足患者共90例,随机分组为对照组及观察组,每组各45例,对照组进行早期筛查,并进行常规宣教与指导,观察组在对照组基础上进行早期干预,对比两组患者糖尿病足知识掌握程度、主动足部护理、空腹血糖、餐后血糖及血清总胆固醇.结果两组糖尿病足知识的掌握程度总掌握率分别是:观察组97.78%,对照组71.11%,相较于对照组患者,观察组患者对糖尿病足知识掌握程度更高,组间数据差异大,具有统计学意义P=0.017(P<0.05);观察组每周主动足部护理率95.56%,明显高于对照组的68.89%,数据对比有统计学意义P=0.019(P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖、餐后血糖及血清总胆固醇均低于对照组,P分别是0.027、0.016、0.034,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论糖尿病足早期干预可提升患者对糖尿病足知识的掌握度及每周主动足部护理率,同时对患者血糖水平控制及血清总胆固醇水平控制有积极作用,值得推广.Objective Study and analysis of the effect of early intervention on blood glucose and blood lipid in diabetic foot.Methods From January 1,2020 to August 31,2020,90 patients with diabetic foot were enrolled in our hospital.Each group was randomly divided into control group and Observation Group(n=45),observation Group on the basis of the Control Group for early intervention,comparing the two groups of patients with diabetic foot knowledge,active foot care,Fasting Blood Glucose,Postprandial Blood Glucose and serum total cholesterol.Results The total mastery rate of diabetic foot knowledge was 97.78%in the observation group and 71.11%in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P=0.017,P<0.05),and the rate of active foot care in the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(68.89%,P=0.019,P<0.05).The Fasting Blood Glucose,Postprandial Blood Glucose and serum total cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),P was 0.027,0.016,0.034 respectively.Conclusion Early intervention on diabetic foot can improve the knowledge of diabetic foot and weekly active foot care rate,and has positive effect on the control of Blood Glucose level and serum total cholesterol level.
