摘　　要：2012年7月至2013年8月,成都文物考古研究所等单位在成都市金牛区天回镇发掘了4座西汉墓,被学界称作"老官山汉墓"。其中老官山M1出土50枚木牍,M3出土竹简736枚,内容涵盖文书、律令、医书等类别[1],是珍贵的汉代文献。老官山M1的年代为汉武帝时期,为"凸"字形竖穴土坑木椁墓,有墓道,葬有木棺两具,出土各类随葬品150余件[2]。About 50 wooden slips were unearthed from Laoguanshan Han tomb No.1(M1)in Chengdu City.Amongst them,four wooden slips are related to the declaration of merchants’assets and the levying of market rent during the reign of Emperor Wu of Han.This paper offers new interpretation of the characters"shi实","yishang以上"and"mou牟",and points out that one wooden slip(Catalogue No.:M1︰118)might record the legal declaration of"Zhan Min Qian占缗钱"(asset declaration),which is complementary to the content of Suanling Shisan算令十三(The Thirteenth Ordinance on Taxation)documented in the Xuanquan Han bamboo slips.Moreover,another slip(Catalogue No.:M1︰158)records the law on the management of market transactions,which can be cross-confi rmed by the Guan Shi Lü关市律(Statutes on Passes and Markets)of the Ernian Lüling二年律令(Statutes and Ordinances of the Second Year).This law was made to ensure the promulgation of"Zhan Min Ling占缗令"(Ordinances on Asset Declaration).The laissez-faire political economic policy that existed from the beginning of the Han Dynasty was changed during the reign of Emperor Wu.The Laoguanshan wooden slips demonstrate this policy adjustment.
