摘　　要：心脑血管有共同的致病因素,控制血压、血脂、血糖和吸烟四大危险因素可控制心脑血管病的发生和发展。发现、确定和管理高危人群是降低心脑血管事件的重要措施。Cardio-cerebral vascular disease has similar co-pathogenic factors.Controlling blood pressure,blood lipid,blood glucose and smoking can inhibit the development and the progression of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases.To find,identify and manage the high-risk population is very important for reducing cardio-cerebral events.
