摘  要:心力衰竭是临床常见危重症,其过程涉及心肌损伤、心脏前后负荷增加、神经内分泌机制及炎性反应等。在心力衰竭的病理生理过程中产生了一系列生物标志物,心力衰竭标志物在心力衰竭的诊断、治疗和预后中发挥重要作用,有助于明确诊断、制定治疗方案和评估预后。利钠肽是心力衰竭标志物,但其存在自身的局限性,虽然新型心力衰竭标志物不断问世,但新的生物标志物在临床应用中仍有待不断完善。本文就心力衰竭标志物的研究进展作一综述。Heart failure is a common clinical critical disease,and its process involves myocardial injury,increased cardiac pre-and after-load,neuroendocrine mechanism,inflammatory response,etc.In the pathophysiological process of heart failure,a series of biomarkers are produced,and the heart failure markers play an important role in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis assessment of heart failure,and contributes to the diagnosis clarifying,therapy plan formulation and the prognosis assessment.Natriuretic peptide is a marker of heart failure,but it has its own limitations.Although new biomarkers of heart failure continue to emerge,some of them need to be improved in clinical studies.This paper reviews the research progress of heart failure markers.
