摘 要:使用球磨处理炭黑,制备了不同粒径的物理改性炭黑,并将改性炭黑与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)复合,制备了PMMA/炭黑复合材料。探讨了炭黑球磨处理时间与复合材料物理性能、热稳定性、表面光泽度以及亮度的关系,结果表明:炭黑能够提高PMMA的物理性能,随着炭黑球磨处理时间的增加,复合材料刚性和韧性同时能够得到提升;炭黑能够略微提高PMMA的热稳定性,但复合材料热稳定性与球磨处理关系不大;炭黑会降低PMMA的表面光泽度和大幅降低PMMA的亮度,但随着球磨时间的增加,炭黑粒径逐渐降低的情况下,表面光泽度能够在一定程度上得到恢复,并且亮度进一步下降;在球磨处理168 h后,炭黑含量为10%时,复合材料冲击强度达到10.1 kJ/m^(2),L值达到22,光泽度达到84。Physical modified carbon black with different particle sizes was prepared by ball milling carbon black, and PMMA/carbon black composites were prepared by compounding modified carbon black with polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA). The relationship between the carbon black ball milling treatment time and the physical properties, thermal stability, surface gloss and brightness of the composites was discussed. The results show that carbon black can improve the physical properties of PMMA, and with the increase of carbon black ball milling time, the rigidity and toughness of the composites can be improved at the same time;carbon black can slightly improve the thermal stability of PMMA, but the thermal stability of the composites has little relation with ball milling treatment;the surface glossiness and brightness of PMMA can be reduced by carbon black, but with the increase of milling time and the decrease of carbon black particle size, the surface gloss can be restored to a certain extent, and the brightness further decreases;when the carbon black content is 10% after 168 h ball milling, the impact strength of the composites is 10.1 kJ/m^(2), L value is 22, glossiness is 84.
