摘  要:基于模内贴标注塑成型技术,利用Moldex3D对竖笛进行仿真分析。为改善竖笛翘曲变形缺陷,从优化成型工艺参数的角度出发,以竖笛的翘曲值作为成型质量的评价指标,并进行正交试验分析。通过优化得到工艺组合为:熔体温度230℃、保压压力10 MPa,保压时间15 s,薄膜厚度0.1 mm。对优化后的实验方案进行对比分析,结果表明:同Moldex3D推荐工艺参数组合相比,翘曲值降至1.363 mm,熔接痕得到明显改善,有效提高了成型竖笛的产品质量,为实际生产提供了理论借鉴。Based on in-mold labeling injection molding technology, Moldex3D is used to simulate and analyze the clarinet. In order to improve the warping deformation defects of the recorder, from the perspective of optimizing the forming process parameters, the warpage value of the recorder is used as the evaluation index of the forming quality, and the orthogonal experiment analysis is performed. The process combination obtained by optimization is: melt temperature 230 ℃, holding pressure 10 MPa, holding pressure time 15 s, and film thickness 0.1 mm. The optimized experimental scheme was compared and analyzed, and the results showed that: compared with Moldex3D recommended process parameter combination, the warpage value was reduced to 1.363 mm, and the weld line was significantly improved, which effectively improved the product quality of the formed clarinet, and provided it for actual production. It is a theoretical reference.
