摘　　要：在锅炉烟气余热回收换热器中,螺旋型鳍片管和H型翅片管是常用的2种扩展受热面型式。理论分析和工程实践表明,螺旋型鳍片管的传热性能优于H型翅片管;而磨损和积灰等特性与受热面型式没有直接关系,是由烟气流场分布、锅炉燃用煤种以及吹灰器类型和布置方式等因素决定。螺旋型鳍片管更适用于低温省煤器、净烟气加热器等小温差传热场合。In the boiler flue gas waste heat recovery heat exchanger,spiral finned tube and H-type finned tube are two types of extended heating surface commonly used.Theoretical analysis and engineering practice show that the heat transfer performance of the spiral finned tube is better than that of the H-type finned tube,while the wear and fouling characteristics are not directly related to the fin type,but the distribution of the flue gas flow field,coal type,and the type and arrangement of soot blowers.Spiral finned tube is more suitable for low temperature economizer,clean flue heater and other small temperature difference heat transfer occasions.
