摘　　要：针对目前超(超)临界锅炉水冷壁管在制造以及安装现场出现的超温热校正现象,对高参数锅炉水冷壁常用材料进行超温热校正试验研究。通过改变校正温度和校正时间对样管进行热处理试验,从材料的组织、性能等方面进行分析比较,结合实际生产情况,提出相应的意见和建议。Aiming at the phenomenon of over temperature thermal correction in the manufacturing and installation site of water wall tubes of ultra supercritical boilers,this paper studies the over temperature thermal correction test of common materials for water wall of high parameter boilers,and carries out heat treatment test on the sample tubes by changing the correction temperature and time,analyzes and compares the microstructure and performance of the materials,and combines with the actual production situation,put forward corresponding opinions and suggestions.
