摘  要:2号锅炉低氮燃烧器改造后,出现了中高负荷下烟气中CO排放浓度高、低负荷下主蒸汽温度不足以及升降负荷过程中汽温波动幅度大等问题。针对这一系列问题,采取“稳态燃烧调整+动态汽温特性+控制参数修改”的方式进行了试验研究。结果表明:600 MW和450 MW负荷点下,CO排放浓度平均值分别由789μL/L和170μL/L降低至227μL/L和77μL/L,300 MW和210 MW负荷点下,主蒸汽温度平均值分别由523.7℃和499.5℃提升至534.4℃和532.0℃;同时,升降负荷时汽温波动幅度明显减小,优化调整试验取得了显著的效果。After the transformation of the low nitrogen burner of Unit 2,there were many problems such as the high concentration of CO emission in the medium and high load,the lack of the main steam temperature under the low load and the fluctuation of the steam temperature in the lifting load.For this series of problems,an experimental study was carried out by means of“static combustion adjustment+dynamic steam temperature characteristics and control parameter modification”.The results showed that the 600 MW and 450 MW load,CO emission concentration respectively by 789μL/L and 170μL/L reduced to 227μL/L and 77μL/L,300 MW and 210 MW load,the main steam temperature rised from 523.7℃and 499.5℃to 534.4℃and 532.0℃,at same time,lifting load steam temperature fluctuation amplitude decreases,and achieved significant optimization results.
