摘　　要：在国际森林问题日益严峻的宏观背景下,森林治理已经成为世界各国应对生态环境挑战和寻求可持续发展道路的重要选择。立足“十四五”时期林业发展面临的新形势及肩负的新使命,以森林治理为视角,以建党百年为契机,系统梳理了中国共产党在森林治理领域持续开展的理论探索和不懈实践。研究凸显了中国共产党以森林治理推动国家生态文明建设和践行可持续发展的执政智慧,充分肯定党在带领全国各族人民坚定实现林业跨越式发展、奋力建设美丽中国上取得的显著成就。中国共产党探索创新森林治理的百年征程蕴含着中华民族伟大复兴和与时俱进的时代内核,为未来中国积极参与全球森林治理,提出中国特色的森林治理主张和生态治理方案提供养分。In the context of increasingly severe international forest problems,forest governance has become an important choice for countries in the world to deal with environmental challenges and sustainable development.Since its establishment in 1921,the Communist Party of China has not only been the leader of the founding and rejuvenation of the country,but also the leader,promoter and practitioner of the development of China's forestry industry.In the long process of steadily forming national forest governance capabilities and establishing a forest governance system with Chinese characteristics,its unwavering ruling beliefs,ruling thinking that keeps pace with the times,and self-innovation and continuous innovation of ruling capabilities have supported the fundamental guarantee China's forestry leaps and the development of the country's ecological civilization in the new era.Facing the basic reality that the decline of the world's forest resources has not been fundamentally changed,accelerating the transformation of forests remains the primary goal of global forest governance in the 21st century.China is a large country with forest resources,and the contradiction between environment and development has always existed.Forest transformation with forest restoration as the core has always been the fundamental goal of the Communist party of China and the country to implement forest governance.Based on the new situation and new missions faced by forestry development during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,from the perspective of forest governance,and taking the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China as an opportunity,the Communist Party of China has systematically sorted out the continuous theoretical exploration and unremitting practice of the Communist Party of China in the field of forest governance.Since 1921,the Communist Party of China has experienced complicated domestic and foreign objective environments and tortuous practice processes in the field of forest governance.Based on the basic concepts
