摘 要:以斯密市场化思想为中心,构建“市场化-组织分工演进-组织网络优化”的发展框架,分析林业系统向开放市场网络演进的市场化逻辑;然后,基于2008—2014年林业省级面板数据,采用固定效应模型实证检验市场化程度对林业系统组织演进的影响。结果表明:市场化是林业系统组织演进的重要变量,能够调整林业系统组织规模与结构,促进林业系统向开放市场网络持续演进。建议继续深化林业系统市场化改革,强化林业企业市场主体地位,充分发挥林业系统在社会主义市场经济中的共享性与普惠性,实现林业系统从经济建设向生态文明建设的伟大转变。⑴Background——In 2015,State-owned Forest Farm Reform Plan and Guiding Opinions on the Reform of State-owned Forest Regions were formally implemented.The state-owned forestry system has entered a development stage centering on the construction of ecological civilization.China's marketization based on Marxist theory of division of labor,is the basic experience of China's economic reform and development,and can provide important guidance for the reform and development of state-owned forestry system.⑵Methods——Based on the provincial panel data and marketization total score index of Chinese forestry system from 2008 to 2014,this paper analyzes the marketization logic of the evolution of forestry system to open market network,centering on Smith's marketization thought.The fixed effect model is used to empirically test the impact of marketization on the organizational evolution of forestry system,in order to investigate the possibility of marketization promoting the evolution of state-owned forestry system to open market network.⑶Results——Based on the analysis of the provincial panel data of the Chinese Forestry System from 2008 to 2014,it is found that the proportion of the number of employees and units in the forestry system is relatively small,but the scale of the enterprise is relatively large.The proportion of administrative institutions'personnel and units in the forestry system is relatively large,but the unit size is relatively small.Models of fixed effects are used to quantitatively estimate the impact of marketization on organizational evolution of forestry system:The unit quantity coefficient of forestry system is-0.05,and the number coefficient of forestry system employees is-0.05.The dependent variables have passed the significance test and the results show that the degree of marketization has a negative impact on the total scale of forestry system.The proportion coefficient of the number of enterprises in forestry system is 0.01,and that of employees in forestry system is 0.03.The dependen
