摘 要:针对混凝土生产企业集团化运营,各子搅拌站之间需紧密合作的问题,提出了多个混凝土搅拌站对多个工地之间运输车辆协同调度方案。根据混凝土配送行为特征,建立以多个施工工地中断浇筑和等待浇筑的运输车辆协同配送为目标的数学模型,运用改进的双层算子编码形式遗传算法对模型进行求解,并通过算例验证了模型和算法的有效性。结果表明,所提算法具有较好的寻优能力,有效降低了车辆和施工工地的等待时间,提高了施工效率。In order to solve the problem that concrete production enterprises need to cooperate closely with each sub-batching plant in the group operation,a coordinated dispatching scheme was proposed for transportation vehicles between multiple concrete batching plants and multiple construction sites.According to the behavior characteristics of concrete distribution,a mathematical model was established with the goal of collaborative distribution of transportation vehicles waiting for pouring and stopping pouring in multiple construction sites.The improved double-layer operator coding genetic algorithm was used to solve the model,and the effectiveness of the model and algorithm was verified by an example.The results show that the algorithm has good optimization ability,effectively reducing the waiting time of vehicles and construction sites,and improves the construction efficiency.
