基于Excel VBA的钉螺孳生环境和螺情调查程序构建与应用

摘　　要：目的构建江西省钉螺孳生环境和螺情调查程序,为开展血吸虫病精准防控,制定全省消除阶段策略提供技术支撑。方法采用Excel VBA语言开发江西省钉螺孳生环境和螺情调查程序,并按照《全国钉螺调查方案》对全省钉螺孳生环境开展调查,结合Google Earth Pro绘制钉螺调查环境分布图。结果本程序实现了钉螺孳生地环境登记卡、钉螺调查登记卡与样品复核登记卡自动生成,钉螺孳生地、螺情调查数据库与登记卡动态关联。2016-2017年江西省共调查钉螺孳生环境10284处,共查出有螺环境2175处,现有螺面积为83234.50 hm^(2)。结论通过本程序可准确便捷掌握江西省钉螺分布现状,为精准防控提供可靠依据。Objective To construct the program for snail-infested environment and snail survey and investigation for precision control and to provide technical support of schistosomiasis elimination.Methods The program was developed by using Excel VBA language.The distribution map of snail survey environment was drawn by combining with Google Earth Pro.According to the National Scheme on Oncomelania hupensis Snails in China,nail surveys were performed in snail-infested environment.Results The registration cards of snail-infested environment,snail survey and sample review were automatically generated by the program.The database of snail-infested environment,the survey and the chart card were dynamically managed by the program too.From 2016 to 2017,a total of 10284 snail-infested environment was investigated in Jiangxi province,and a total of 2175 were identified with snail.The snail-infested area was 83234.50hm^(2).Conclusion The snail distribution status can beknown accurately and conveniently by this program in Jiangxi province.A reliable basis for precision control also can be provide by this program.
