摘 要:为了探究2种土壤调理剂对土壤的改良效果及对烟叶产量和质量的影响,通过大田试验,分析土壤调理剂对植烟土壤养分和细菌群落的影响及其相关性,并对农艺性状、经济性状进行评价。结果表明,施用高炭基调理剂和高钙高镁调理剂均对土壤pH值、有机质、有效磷、碱解氮、速效钾、交换性钙镁、过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性有不同程度的提升,烤烟产量较对照分别增加17.73%和22.10%,产值分别增加26.20%和41.69%。在属水平上,施用高炭基调理剂提高了有益菌Arachidicoccus的相对丰度,施用高钙高镁调理剂提高了有益菌Sphingomonas的相对丰度。土壤细菌群落变异的主导性因子是土壤速效钾含量。综合改良土壤pH值、土壤养分效果和提高有益菌丰度及烤烟产量及质量考量,高钙高镁调理剂效果更佳。To explore the effects of two soil conditioners on soil improvement and tobacco yield and quality,field experiments were conducted to analyze the effectsandcorrelation of soil conditioners on tobacco soil nutrients and soil bacterial community,and further evaluate the agronomic and economic traits.The results showed that the application of both high biochar soil conditioner and high calcium-magnesium soil conditioner could improve the soil pH,organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,exchangeable calcium,exchange able magnesium,catalase activities and invertase activities.Compared with the control,the yield of flue-cured tobacco increased by 17.73%and 22.10%,and the output value increased by 26.20%and 41.69%,respectively.At the genus level,the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria Arachidicoccus was increased by the application of high biochar soil conditioner,and the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria Sphingomonas was increased by the application of high calcium-magnesium soil conditioner.The dominant factor of soil bacterial community variation was the content of soil available potassium.In conclusion,the high-calcium and high-magnesium conditioners had a greater contribution to improving soil pH and nutrient contents,increasing the abundance of beneficial bacteria and the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco.
