基于禀赋异质性视角的荆门市农户绿色生产认知诊断

摘　　要：以文献研究为基础,结合专家群决策方法集体构建农户绿色生产认知诊断指标体系,基于禀赋异质性视角,依托问卷调查数据,并借助熵权多指标综合评价法测度荆门市农户的绿色生产认知水平,进一步揭示禀赋异质性农户绿色生产认知水平的差异性特征。结果表明,荆门市农户对农业绿色生产的认知水平值为5.168,仅仅处于“了解”等级水平,明显滞后于农业绿色发展以及乡村振兴战略目标需要;农户对农业绿色生产的认知水平值存在由被调查者禀赋异质性而引起的群体差异,不同个体禀赋、家庭禀赋、自然资本禀赋的农户对农业绿色生产的认知水平差异显著,并呈现一定规律。Combined with the decision-making method of expert group to construct the cognitive diagnosis index system of farmers’green production was constructed on the basis of document research.From the perspective of endowment heterogeneity,questionnaire data and multi-index comprehensive evaluation method of entropy weight were employed to calculate the green production cognitive level of farmers in Jingmen City,and to further reveal the different characteristics of cognition level of green production among farmers with heterogeneous endowments.The results indicated that the farmers’cognition level of green production in Jingmen City is 5.168,merely at the level of“knowing”,obviously laging behind the needs of the strategic goals of green agricultural development and rural revitalization.There are group differences in farmers’cognition level of green production in Jingmen resulted from the heterogeneity of the respondents’endowments,and significant diversity caused by differences in individual endowments,family endowments and natural capital endowments was found in farmers’cognition level of green production,which follows a certain regularity.
