摘　　要：在分析省部共建国家重点实验室整体发展状况的基础上,以河南农业大学省部共建小麦玉米国家重点实验室为例,重点归纳总结了实验室在公共平台基础性条件完善,科研创新能力提升,应用科技成果突破,高层次人才队伍建设,对外交流合作发展等方面的经验做法及取得的成绩。基于此,提出实验室进一步增强创新能力的相关建议,为其他农业领域的省部共建国家重点实验室创新能力的可持续提升提供参考。On the basis of analyzing the overall development of the State Key Laboratory jointly established by the province and the ministry,and taking the State Key Laboratory of Wheat and Maize Corp Science in Henan Agricultural University,jointly established by the province and the ministry,as an example,this article mainly summarizes the experience,practices and achievements of the laboratory in perfecting the basic conditions of the public platform,improving the ability of scientific research and innovation,making breakthroughs in the application of scientific and technological achievements,building high-level personnel team,and developing international exchanges and cooperations.On this basis some suggestions were put forward to further enhance the innovation ability of the laboratory,which could provide references for the sustainable improvement of the innovation ability of the State Key Laboratory jointly built by the province and the ministry in other agricultural fields.
