摘  要:抽油机设备费是采油二厂投资的主要费用之一,其年耗电4100万kW·h,占全厂能耗费用的10.8%,现有抽油机主要为14、16型游梁机与900、1000型立式机,前期通过电参数测试计算,平均系统效率仅为18.8%,远低于国内平均的27%,因此加强管理、提高系统节能至关重要。通过开展抽油机节能研究和现场实践,分析了目前我厂抽油机能耗损失的主要原因,并找到了适合二厂的抽油机降本节能方法,对后期抽油机节能降耗提供了指导性的方法,具有全面推广的重要意义。The equipment cost of pumping unit is one of the main investment costs of No.2 oil production plant.Its annual power consumption is 41 million kwh,accounting for 10.8%of the energy consumption cost of the whole plant.The existing pumping units mainly include 14 and 16 beam walking units and 900 and 1000 vertical units.According to the electrical parameter test and calculation,the average system efficiency is only 18.8%,far lower than the domestic average of 27%.Therefore,the management should be strengthened to improve the energy saving of the system.In this paper,the main reason of energy consumption loss of pumping unit in our plant is pointed out through the research and field practice of pumping unit energy saving,and the method of reducing cost and energy saving that is suitable for the second plant is found,which provides a guiding method for the later energy saving of pumping unit,and has great significance for comprehensive promotion.
