摘　　要：教育源于生活,教育为生活服务。高校思想政治教育工作需要紧密结合现实生活实际,密切关注师生生活需要,注重挖掘师生生活案例,引导师生回归生活常识。高校思想政治教育要充分利用师生学习、工作、生活中的鲜活案例,落实立德树人根本任务,遵循思想政治教育原理原则,提升思想政治教育效果。Education comes from life and serves life.The ideological and political education in colleges and universities needs to be closely combined with the reality of real life,pay close attention to the needs of teachers and students’life,focus on excavating the cases of teachers and students’life,and guide teachers and students to return to common sense of life.Hence,the education effect is supposed to be enhanced by incorporating the living cases of teachers and students in their study,work and life into the teaching process,carrying out the fundamental task of cultivating people through virtue and following the principles of ideological and political education.
