摘 要:为研究镧暴露对生长发育期仔鼠肾脏结构和功能的影响,将40只SPF级成年雌性大鼠随机分为对照组及极低、低、中、高氯化镧(LaCl_(3))暴露组;仔鼠断乳前吸吮母乳染镧,断乳后自行饮用LaCl_(3)质量浓度为1.25、2.50、5.00、10.0 g/L水溶液;观察记录仔鼠体重、肾脏组织重量、肾脏组织细胞结构及肾功能指标变化。结果显示,仔鼠体重与镧暴露剂量呈负相关(P<0.05),肾脏系数与镧暴露剂量呈正相关(P<0.05);LaCl_(3)质量浓度2.50 g/L组肾小球系膜细胞和内皮细胞增生,5.00 g/L组肾小球炎性细胞和纤维素渗出,10.00 g/L组肾小球部分血管玻璃样变性、肾小管上皮细胞变性坏死;仔鼠血清尿素氮(BUN)含量升高(P<0.05),血清肌酐(Cr)含量无差异(P<0.05)。因此,生长发育期仔鼠暴露于氯化镧可导致其肾脏组织结构改变、肾功能下降。In order to study the effects of lanthanum exposure on renal structure and function of growing rats,40 adult female rats were randomly divided into control group,extremely low,low,medium and high lanthanum chloride(LaCl_(3))exposure groups.The offspring drank water solution with 1.25,2.50,5.00 and 10.00 g/L LaCl_(3)after weaning.The body weight and kidney weight of the offspring in each group were recorded.The kidney structural changes and the changes of renal function indicators were detected.The results showed that the body weight of the offspring decreased(P<0.05),and the renal coefficient increased(P<0.05)with the increasing of lanthanum exposure dose.The proliferation of glomerular mesangial cells and endothelial cells were observed in 2.50 g/L LaCl_(3)group,the glomerular inflammatory cells and cellulose exudation were observed in 5.00 g/L LaCl_(3)group,the hyaline degeneration of renal glomeruli,the degeneration and necrosis of renal tubular epithelial cells were observed in 10.00 g/L LaCl_(3)group.The serum content of BUN in LaCl_(3)exposed offspring increased(P<0.05)while there was no difference in serum creatinine content of the offsprings(P>0.05).Therefore,exposure to lanthanum chloride can lead to changes of renal tissue structure and decrease renal function during growth and development period.
