摘 要:为提高矿用调度绞车机械密封结构的稳定性,减少其建模输出的误差值,进行矿用调度绞车机械密封结构建模与优化设计。根据载荷均衡调节结果,提取矿用调度绞车机械密封结构的弹性模量特征,分析矿用调度绞车机械密封结构的非线性弹塑应变特征量,从材料变形的微观角度分析机械密封结构的应力场特性。使用应力-应变曲线模拟的方法,分析矿用调度绞车机械密封结构的稳定性特征,分析机械密封结构的应力耦合特征参数和整体结构的构件模型参数,实现矿用调度绞车机械密封工件刚度演变特性分析,构建应力状态分析模型;根据机械密封工件变形特征进行应力补偿,完成矿用调度绞车机械密封结构建模与优化设计。仿真结果表明,该方法的输出稳定性较高,输出参数的误差较小,可在一定程度上提高矿用调度绞车机械密封性能。In order to improve the stability of mechanical seal structure of mine dispatching winch and reduce the error value of modeling output,the mechanical seal structure modeling and optimization design of mine dispatching winch were carried out.The elastic modulus characteristics of mechanical seal structure of mine dispatching winch were extracted according to the load balance adjustment results and the nonlinear elastic-plastic strain characteristics of mechanical seal structure of mine dispatching winch were analyzed.Accordingly,the stress field characteristics of mechanical seal structure were analyzed from the micro point of material deformation.With the method of stress-strain curve simulation,the stability characteristics of mechanical seal structure of mine dispatching winch were studied and the stress coupling characteristic parameters of mechanical seal structure and component model parameters of the overall structure were analyzed.Furthermore,the stiffness evolution characteristic of mechanical seal work piece of mine dispatching winch was discussed and the stress state analysis model was built,by which the stress compensation was realized according to the deformation characteristics of the mechanical seal work piece.The simulation results show that the output stability of this method is higher and the error of output parameters is smaller than ones the other methods.
