摘 要:以开发环烯醚萜类天然活性染料代替部分有毒的合成染料用于再生蛋白质纤维织物染色为出发点,采用京尼平对牛奶蛋白纤维织物进行染色研究。探讨京尼平的用量、染色时间、染色温度、pH值对染色效果的影响,测试并分析京尼平在牛奶蛋白纤维织物上的各项色牢度及抗菌性能。结果表明:京尼平对牛奶蛋白纤维织物具有良好的上染性能,在京尼平用量为5%、染色温度为35℃、pH为8、染色时间2 h的优化工艺条件下,染色牛奶蛋白纤维织物的K/S值最高,染色牢度可达到3级以上,染色织物具有良好的抗菌性,完全符合国家标准。To develop the natural iridoids reactive dyes as substitutes for the toxic synthetic dyes for the dyeing of regenerated protein fibers,the dyeing performance of genipin milk protein fibers was studied.The effect of genipin’s dosage,dyeing time,dyeing temperature and pH value were investigated.The color fastness and the antibacterial properties were also tested.Experimental results showed that genipin had good dyeing properties on milk protein fiber.The K/S value reached the peak with 5%genipin dosage and 8 pH value at 35℃for 2 h.The dyeing fastness reached above level 3 and the dyed fabric had good antimicrobial properties.
