摘 要:针对某铁矿-540 m中段E1’穿脉运输巷受开挖扰动、埋深较大和断层影响,巷道围岩变形量大,维护困难的问题,对无支护、喷射混凝土支护、喷锚网支护和喷锚网+二次砌衬联合支护情况下巷道过断层时围岩塑性区分布进行模拟研究,确定了喷锚网+二次砌衬联合支护为最佳支护方式。现场实测结果表明:采用喷锚网+二次砌衬联合支护后,-540 m中段E1’穿脉运输巷过断层时巷道顶底板和两帮最大位移量分别为63.80 mm和109.45 mm,巷道围岩变形控制效果显著,确保了巷道长期正常使用。Aiming at the problem of large deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway and difficult maintenance due to the excavation disturbance,large buried depth and the influence of faults on the E1’transverse drift transportation in-540 m level of an iron mine.In the case of unsupported,sprayed concrete support,shotcrete-anchor mesh support and shotcrete-anchor mesh+secondary combined lining support,the plastic zone distribution of surrounding rock when the roadway passes through faults is simulated,and it is determined that the shotcrete-anchor mesh+secondary combined lining support is the best way of support.The results of site measurement show that after the combined support of shotcrete-anchor mesh+secondary combined lining support is used,the maximum displacement of the roof and floor and two sides of the roadway is 63.80 mm and 109.45 mm respectively,when the E1’transverse drift transportation roadway passes through the fault in-540 m level.The control effect of surrounding rock deformation is remarkable,which ensures the long-term normal use of the roadway.
