摘  要:简述了活性焦脱硫技术优点和脱硫塔运行原理,提出活性焦脱硫设备中存在的不足之处,并指出脱硫塔出气室漏料问题。为解决上述问题,提出多孔板封堵和“化堵为疏”两种技术方案,其中多孔板方案的实施效果已在实际中得到验证并取得较好效果,而“化堵为疏”方案则在不断论证和完善中。在工程实践中,通过对活性焦工艺和设备的不断改进和完善,使得该技术已逐渐在各个行业推广并发挥越来越大的作用。This paper briefly introduces the advantages of active coke desulfurization technology and operation principle of desulfurization tower,points out the shortcomings of active coke desulfurization equipment,and the material leakage issue in outlet chamber of desulfurization tower.To handle the above issues,two technical schemes are put forward:the porous plate plugging scheme and the“turning plugging into dredging”scheme.Among them,the implementation effect of porous plate scheme has been verified in practice and gets good results,while the“turning plugging into dredging”scheme is still in the process of continuous demonstration and improvement.In engineering practice,by continuous improvement of activated coke process and equipment,the“turning plugging into dredging”technology has been gradually promoted in various industries and played an increasingly important role.
