摘  要:元素掺杂是影响合金性能的有效方法.通过稀土元素La掺杂,近等原子比NiTi合金的微结构发生变化,进而影响其力学性能.用实验的方法研究了用少量La元素替代Ti元素形成的Ni_(50)Ti_(50-x)La_(x)(x=0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7)三元合金的力学性能.结果表明:Ni_(50)Ti_(50-x)La_(x)合金的硬度、弹性模量、屈服强度和断后伸长率随La元素掺杂量的增加而减小,拉伸强度先增大后减小,在La元素掺杂量为0.3at%时达到最大值.断口形貌分析表明:合金断裂主要为解理断裂,随着La元素掺杂量的增加,合金的塑性降低.Element doping is an effective method to modify the properties of alloys.Through the doping of rare earth element La,the microstructure of the equiatomic NiTi alloy changes,which in turn affects its mechanical properties.The mechanical properties of tri-element alloys of Ni_(50)Ti_(50-x)La_(x)(x=0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7)formed by replacing Ti with a small amount of La element were studied experimentally.The results show that the hardness,elastic modulus,yield strength and elongation at break of the Ni_(50)Ti_(50-x)La_(x) alloy decrease with the increase of La element doping.The tensile strength first increases and then decreases,reaching the maximum value when La content is 0.3 at.%.Fracture morphology analysis shows that the alloy fracture is mainly cleavage fracture.With the increase of La element doping,the plasticity of the alloy decreases.
