摘　　要：随着计算机网络的发展,信息安全问题日益突出,信息犯罪及非法活动呈上升态势,本文主要介绍了个人信息的收集与保护,信息犯罪的特点,阐述了计算机取证的重要性及现状,从证据的获取、呈现、分析、以及云数据和云计算的应用等方面阐述了计算机取证技术,并针对信息犯罪的防控与治理提出了参考性建议。With the rapid development of computer network,the problem of information security is becoming increasingly prominent,information crime and illegal activities are on the rise.This paper mainly introduces the collection and protection of personal information and the characteristics of information crime.This paper also expounds the importance and current situation of computer forensics,from the acquisition,presentation,analysis of evidence,and cloud data and cloud computing application of computer forensics technology.In the end,this paper puts forward some reference suggestions for the prevention and control of information crime.
