摘  要:研究了不同输入功率激光刻痕对取向硅钢铁损和噪音性能的影响。结果表明:不同输入功率激光刻痕可改善取向硅钢铁损,铁损改善率达到10%以上;但不同输入功率激光刻痕对取向硅钢噪音性能的影响有差异,功率越大,刻痕深度和宽度越大,钢基被加热到更高温度时内应力增大,新增的闭合磁畴会导致取向硅钢噪音性能变差。The effects of laser scribing on the core loss and noise performance of grain-oriented silicon steel were studied with different input power.The results showed that the core loss of the grain-oriented silicon steel was improved by laser scribing with different input power,and the improvement rate of core loss was more than 10%.However,the influence of different input power on the noise performance of grain-oriented silicon steel was different.The higher the power was,the greater the depth and width of the notch would get,which increased the internal stress of the steel plate when heated to a higher temperature,and the new closed magnetic domain would lead to decrease the noise performance of the grain-oriented silicon steel.
