摘 要:基于ABAQUS软件,建立了考虑预制构造影响的双舱预制槽型拼装综合管廊整体结构受力性能有限元分析模型,并基于顶部水平荷载试验结果验证了该有限元分析模型的合理性。在此基础上,进一步开展了双舱预制槽型拼装混凝土综合管廊整体结构在环向荷载作用下的受力性能分析。结果表明:在环向荷载作用下,双舱预制槽型拼装混凝土综合管廊的最终破坏形态为侧壁和顶板的跨中部位发生受弯破坏,具体表现为跨中部位的混凝土压碎、钢筋受拉屈服;结构的极限承载力为438.5kN/m,达到荷载设计值的1.8倍,具有较高的安全余量。Based on ABAQUS,a nonlinear finite element model was established which considering the mechanical properties of full-scalded groove-shaped precast concrete utility tunnel.And the reasonable of the model was verified by the test results of top horizontal load.And mechanical properties of double-cabin utility tunnels under reversed cyclic loading were analyzed further.The results showed that for a utility tunnel under circumferential loading,the failure of the entire utility wall occurs at the middle of sidewall and top slab,which involves concrete crushing at the loading points and steel yielding.The ultimate circumferential load of the doublecabin groove-shaped precast assembled concrete double-cabin utility tunnel was predicted as 438.5 kN/m.which reaches 1.8 times of the design value of load and has a high margin of safety.
