摘 要:以广州市天河智慧城预制装配式管廊工程为背景,对上下分体节段管廊横向接头的受力进行数值分析。通过有限元分析,建立横向接头的等效模型,得到接头处抗弯刚度、抗剪刚度参数;以弹簧单元模拟,建立了考虑横向接头的管廊梁-弹簧简化模型,与整体框架模型进行对比分析,结果表明:装配力较小时,横向接头对管廊整体受力相当于铰的作用,能有效减少跨中正弯矩,但增加侧壁两端的负弯矩;随着装配力增加,铰接作用减弱。综合考虑管廊总体受力、接缝防水要求、橡胶材料性能,提出了本项目合理的装配力范围,为该综合管廊的设计和施工提供依据,也为同类工程提供参考。Based on a project constructed in Tianhe Zhihui District in Guangzhou,the mechanical properties of transverse joints between the upper and lower segmented precast utility tunnel was analyzed by finite element(FEM) in this study.The equivalent model of the transverse joint was established,and the bending stiffness and shear stiffness of the joint were obtained by FEM.A simplified beam-spring model with the spring element simulation of utility tunnel considering transverse joints was established and compared with the whole frame model.The results showed that the overall force of the transverse joint on the utility tunnel was equivalent to the effect of hinge when the assembly force was small,which can effectively reduce the mid-span positive bending moment,but increase the negative bending moment at both ends of the side wall.The effect of hinging becomes weaker as the assembly force increases.Considering the overall force of the precast utility tunnel,the joint waterproof requirements and the rubber material properties,the reasonable assembly force range of this project was put forward finally,which should provide a basis for the design and construction of the precast utility tunnel,and also provide a reference for similar projects.
