摘  要:城市地下综合管廊作为城市基础设施的生命线,可以满足民生之需,提高城市综合承载能力,带动有效投资,提升新型城镇化发展质量等。目前,国内地下综合管廊主体结构主要有现浇和预制两种施工工艺,本文以绵阳市地下综合管廊项目为背景,对装配式管廊预制模式、分片预制装配式综合管廊施工方案、施工成本以及工期等方面进行了详细地阐述。实践表明分片预制装配式施工工艺具有施工速度快、人员投入少、利润率高等优点。通过在绵阳市地下综合管廊项目的成功应用,以期进一步推动综合管廊建设从传统建造向工业化建造的转型。As the lifeline of urban infrastructure,urban underground utility tunnels can meet the needs of people’s livelihood,improve the city’s comprehensive carrying capacity,drive effective investment,and improve the quality of new urbanization development.At present,the main body structure of underground utility tunnel in China is cast-in-place or precast.In this paper,an underground utility tunnel project in Mianyang City was taken as the engineering background to elaborate on the difference in construction plan,cost and duration between segmented precast assembly construction and cast-in-place construction.This project shows that the segmented precast assembly construction technology has the advantages of fast construction speed,low personnel input and high profit margin.It is anticipated that this successful construction application can further promote the transformation of utility tunnel construction from traditional construction to industrialized construction.
