摘  要:本文重点解析了《矩形顶管工程技术规程》(T/CECS 716—2020)中顶管工程勘察、设计、工作井和顶进施工、管节制作、设备及安装等方面的关键技术指标、控制要求及技术原理,对比分析了管节之间不同接口防水形式、不同围护结构形式下工作井的适用条件、不同类型矩形顶管机适用工况等技术内容。矩形顶管工程应结合工程地质、水文地质和周边环境等条件,合理选择施工设备与工艺、精心施工、严格监控。该规程的实施应用对矩形顶管工程的勘察设计、施工、验收具有指导意义。This article focuses on the analysis of the key technical indicators,control requirements and tech-nical principles in the"Technical specification for pipe jacking engineering with rectangular cross section(T/CECS 716-2020)".The analyses are performed from aspects of the survey,design,working shaft and jacking construction,pipe section assembly,pipe jacking equipment and installation,etc.Technical contents including different interface waterproof forms between pipe joints,the applicable conditions of working shafts under different enclosure structures,and the applicable working conditions of different types of rectangular pipe jacking machines are also discussed.The implementation of the rectangular pipe jacking project should consider surrounding geology,hydrogeology and environment conditions,select proper construction equipment and technology,carefully construct it,and strictly monitor it.The implementation and application of this specification has guiding significance on the survey,design,construction,and acceptance of the rectangular pipe jacking projects.
