摘 要:【目的】研究7种黄精属植物(多花黄精、黄精、滇黄精、点花黄精、湖北黄精、卷叶黄精、长梗黄精)之间的光合特性差异,为选育黄精属优良种质资源及科学栽培提供参考依据。【方法】采用Li-6400便携式光合仪,测定7种黄精属植物的光合特性,并用方差分析和相关性分析对7种黄精的光合特性进行综合评价。【结果】7种黄精属植物的叶片净光合速率存在显著性差异,主要与胞间CO_(2)浓度和叶片的水分利用率有关,7种黄精属植物的净光合速率与叶绿素含量之间并无显著性相关关系;7种黄精属植物的水分利用效率种间存在显著性差异,点花黄精和长梗黄精的水分利用效率较高,与其对应的叶片蒸腾速率较低;7种黄精属植物的光饱和点接近阳生植物,而光补偿点与阴生植物相近,表明黄精属植物虽然喜阴,但是对于光照强度有着比一般阴生植物有更高的需求;通过选取净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间CO_(2)浓度5个光合指标进行聚类分析并综合比较,7种黄精属植物可分成3类,其中多花黄精、黄精和滇黄精光合性能最优,点花黄精、湖北黄精和卷叶黄精次之,长梗黄精的光合特性较差。【结论】7种黄精属植物中,多花黄精、黄精和滇黄精的综合光合特性优于其它种,适合推广种植,点花黄精和长梗黄精的水分利用效率较高,可能较其它种耐旱性更强。【Objective】Study on photosynthetic characteristics of seven species of Polygonatum(P.cyrtonema,P.sibiricum,P.kingianum,P.punctatum,P.zanlanscianense,P.cirrhifolium,P.filipes),in order to provide a theoretical reference for the selection of excellent germplasm resources and scientific cultivation of Polygonatum.【Method】Using 7 species of Polygonatum from Hunan as materials,the Li-6400 portable photosynthetic instrument was used to determine their photosynthetic characteristics,and the photosynthetic characteristics of seven Polygonatum species were comprehensively evaluated by analysis of variance and correlation.【Result】There were significant differences in the net photosynthetic rate of the leaves of 7 Polygonatum species,which were mainly related to the intercellular CO2 concentration and leaf water use efficiency.There was no significant correlation between the net photosynthetic rate and the chlorophyll content of the seven Polygonatum species.There were significant differences among the water use efficiency of the seven Polygonatum species,and the water use efficiencies of P.punctatum and P.filipes were higher,and their corresponding leaf transpiration rates were lower,indicating that these two species were more suitable for growing in arid areas.The light saturation points of the seven Polygonatum species were close to those of the heliophyte,while the light compensation points were close to those of the shade plants,indicating that although Polygonatum plants preferred shade,they had higher demand for light intensity than the general shade plants;by selecting five photosynthetic indicators including net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,and intercellular CO2 concentration,cluster analysis was performed to comprehensively compare 7 species of Polygonatum.Plants were divided into three categories,among which,P.cyrtonema,P.sibiricum and P.kingianum had optimal photosynthetic properties,followed by P.punctatum,P.zanlanscianense and P.cirrhifolium,and P.filipes had poorer p
