摘　　要：近年来国家环保政策逐渐趋严,船舶企业的旧废气处理设备逐渐无法满足新环保要求,船舶企业对新设备的选择缺乏理论依据及数据支持。分析船舶分段涂装挥发性有机物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)有组织排放的特点,对比不同处理工艺的适用工况,研制适合船舶分段涂装VOCs有组织排放的组合处理设备,并对其处理效果进行检测。结果表明,该组合处理设备的处理效果良好,完全满足新环保标准。In recent years,the national environmental protection policy becomes stricter gradually,the old waste gas treatment equipment of ship enterprises can not meet the new environmental protection requirements gradually,and the choice of new equipment of ship enterprises lacks the theoretical basis and data support.By analyzing the characteristics of Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs)organized emission in ship section painting dressing,and comparing the applicable conditions of different treatment technologies,a combined treatment equipment for VOCs organized emission in ship section painting dressing is developed,and its treatment effect is tested.The results show that the treatment effect of combined treatment equipment is good and it completely meets the new environmental protection standard.
