摘 要:五相永磁同步电机(PMSM)可通过注入三次谐波电流来提高电机的转矩密度。除三次谐波外,削弱永磁体产生的其他次空间谐波可以降低电机的转矩脉动、减小电机的振动和噪声。因此,针对三次谐波注入式五相内嵌式永磁同步电机(IPMSM),提出一种转子铁心形状优化设计方法。理论推导转子铁心形状的解析表达式,根据电机参数进行有限元建模,得到优化后的电机模型气隙磁密谐波含量及转矩脉动。与优化前的电机模型进行仿真对比,得到的结果与理论分析吻合,气隙磁场优化效果显著。The torque density of five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)can be increased by injecting the third harmonic current.Besides the third harmonic,weakening the other spatial harmonics generated by the permanent magnet can reduce the torque ripple,vibration and noise of the motor.Therefore,an optimization design method of rotor shape is proposed for the third harmonic injection five-phase interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM).The analytical expression of the rotor core shape is deduced theoretically,and the finite element model is built according to the motor parameters.The air-gap flux density harmonic content and torque ripple of the optimized motor model are obtained.The motor models before and after optimization are compared in simulation,and the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis,proving the significant optimization effect of air-gap magnetic field.
