摘 要:为解决南海西部W油田采油井结垢问题,在结垢机理及危害认识基础上,结合历年结垢采油井治理措施效果和油井高含水的现状,从油藏角度提出RPD(RPM测井、补射孔、除防垢)综合治理技术,实现释放产能、控水稳油、暂缓结垢三重治理效果。W油田共计在两口井应用了RPD治理措施,平均单井有效期809 d,为历史措施平均值631%,平均单井累计增油量3.11×10^(4) m^(3),为历史措施平均值507%。该方法对海上及陆地油田结垢油井的治理具有重要指导意义。Based on the understanding of scaling mechanism and its harm,this paper aims to solve the scaling problem of oil production wells of W Oilfield in the west of South China Sea.Combining with the effect of scaling production wells over the years and the current situation of high water cut in oil wells,RPD,the comprehensive treatment technology(RPM,Perforations Adding,De-Scaling and Anti-Scaling)is proposed from the perspective of reservoir,which aims to achieve triple treatment effects of releasing production capacity,controlling water and stabilizing oil and delaying scaling.At present,two wells RPD measures have been carried out in W Oilfield.The average effective period of single well is 809 days,which is 631%of the average value of historical measures.The average cumulative oil increment of a single well is 3.11×10^(4) m^(3),which is 507%of the average value of historical measures.The relevant methods have important guiding significance for the treatment of scaling wells in offshore and onshore oilfields.
