大思政视域下高职院校思想政治教育创新

摘　　要：在高素质、综合性、实践性人才培养目标的引导下,实践育人发展为高职院校思想政治教育的重要方式,成为目前创新思想教育模式、提高学生核心素养的主要着力点之一。研究大思政视域下的高职院校有效开展思想政治教育、实现实践育人目标的顶层设计和具体方案,结合大思政教育理念要求以及高职院校人才培养目标,对思想政治教育措施做优化创新,充分发挥思想政治教育优势,为社会输送更多适销对路的人才。Under the guidance of cultivating high-quality,comprehensive and practical talents training objective,practical education has become an important pattern of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,which is one of the key points of innovating ideological education mode and improving students’core qualities.From the perspective of“big ideological and political education”,this paper studies the effective methods of higher vocational colleges in carrying out their ideological and political education,and also the top design and detailed schedules of realizing the talent goals of practice education.Combined with the demand of“big ideological and political education”concept and talent training goals of higher vocational colleges,ideological and political education measures will be optimized and innovated to bring the advantage of ideological and political education into full play,which helps to cultivate more talents qualified for different occupations in our society.
