摘　　要：浒苔是一类大型绿藻,我国浒苔资源丰富。本文介绍浒苔的营养价值和药用价值,综述浒苔及其深加工产品在食品、医药、饲料、新能源等方面的应用,并对其应用前景进行展望,为浒苔资源的进一步开发和利用提供参考资料。Enteromorpha prolifera is a kind of large green algae,and China is rich in E.prolifera resources.This article introduces the nutritional value and medicinal value of E.prolifera.The application of E.prolifera and its deep processing products in food,medicine,feed and new energy is summarized.At the same time,the broad application is also prospected to provide reference for the further development and utilization of E.prolifera resources.
