摘　　要：近年来,我国档案信息素养教育不断发展,但是也存在着一定的局限性,针对大学生档案意识缺乏、档案素养教育创新不够、缺乏优秀师资、高校档案馆管理制度和协调机制不健全等问题,本文从师资建设、档案馆的管理制度和协调机制建立、多样化的课程设置选择、更新优化档案教育的内容、开展形式多样的档案知识宣传教育活动等方面提出了建议与思考,从而使大学生档案信息素养能力更强,更好地提高自身综合素养,更好地适应信息化社会^([1])。In recent years,archives information literacy education in China has been developing continuously,but there are also some limitations.In view of the problems such as the lack of file awareness of college students,the lack of innovation of archives literacy education,the lack of excellent teachers,and the imperfection of the management system and coordination mechanism of University Archives,this paper discusses the construction of teachers,the establishment of archives management system and coordination mechanism,and the diversified curriculum selection This paper puts forward suggestions and Thoughts on updating and optimizing the contents of archives education and carrying out various forms of archives knowledge publicity and education activities,so as to make college students'archives information literacy ability stronger,better improve their own comprehensive quality,and better adapt to the information society.
