摘  要:航空轮胎爆破属于一种特殊风险,需要对轮胎爆破进行适航认证。然而,美国联邦航空管理局(FAA)并未针对轮胎爆破发布相关咨询通告(AC),我国对于轮胎爆破的研究仍处于起步阶段。为开展轮胎爆破适航验证工作提供前提与基础,本文针对运输类飞机轮胎爆破开展适航审定技术研究,给出轮胎性能影响因素,轮胎爆破原因及爆破模式。依据CCAR25部相关条款,阐述了轮胎爆破可接受的符合性方法。为更好地将符合性验证工作与适航审定工作相协调,给出与轮胎爆破相关的技术交联工作,同时提供了适航审查工作重点关注的基本要素和技术要点。该研究有助于为运输类飞机轮胎爆破的适航验证提供支撑。Aircraft tyre blasting is a special risk and requires airworthiness certification for this failure.However,the FAA has not issued relevant AC advisory notices for tire blasting,and the research on tire blasting is still in infancy in China.In this paper,prerequisites and basis are provided for airworthiness verification of tire blasting.And airworthiness certification technology research is carried out for tire blasting of transportation aircraft,and the effect factors of tire performance,the causes of tire blasting and the blasting mode are given.According to the relevant provisions of CCAR Part 25,the acceptable compliance methods for tire blasting are described.In order to coordinate the compliance verification work with the airworthiness certification work,the technical cross-linking work related to tire blasting is given,and the basic elements and technical points that the airworthiness review work needs to focuse are provided.This research helps to provide support for the airworthiness certification of transport aircraft tire blasting.
